does morning sickness suddenly return with a vengence?

Hi, ive never experienced any sort of morning sickness with my first pregnancy but this time round is completely different and i dont know what's going on!

All day had a small temp 38 degrees with chills, headache, stabbing pains in stomach and ive thrown up twice today. I cant lay down cos i feel nausiated and so much saliva accumulates in my mouth i dry reach. Im awfully tired.
I dont know if this is what m/s feels like ??? or perhaps i have a bug?
Im only 9w pregnant, thought i was over the ms/nausia by 7 weeks but it's come back :/ ?? i really do feel awful and just cant shake this headache.

trying to keep fluids up but they wont stay down
Also hope this isnt effecting the little bean in my belly :/

I'd say that's a bug. Fluids if you can keep them down and try hydralite.
If you feel worse or start to get dehydrated, call health direct or go to the ED.

I'd say it's more than likely a bug, with m/s you don't get chills and temps... maybe just go to the dr in case, see what he/she thinks.

I agree, its probably a bug. M/s wouldn't give you a temp and chills.
