I would pump and dump for the 3 day detox, if you can, and maybe a day after to be on the safe side, as you don't want baby to get all those nastys.
On Bodytrim, you diet for 6 days then have one free day to eat what you like, then the next day after your free day you eat protein only for a day again, this is just to shock your metabolism, so you wouldn't have to worry about feeding baby on that day. This is what I did last time round.
After that, the rest fo the diet is really good and there shouldn't be any problems with breastfeeding.
