A friend of mine got it a few years ago and I'm pretty sure she said it was a couple of hundred. But that was a while ago so it may have changed.

I bought the package 4 yrs ago, pretty sure it cost me $120, and YES! It really works
Back then the package was pretty basic, now in the ad I see you get heaps of extra info and help.
I also see they have protein shakes and cookies.
They didn't have them when I did it first time round but being a SAHM I didn't need them.
They would be really helpful if you are out and about all day though.
Also , when you join up you get to be a member of their website.
The Forum is WONDERFUL for support and recipes and just help if you find you are struggling.
I lost 17 kilos of my baby weight on it with no real effort at all
(no gyms or exhausting work outs)
I found it easy to stick with the plan all week, knowing I had a free day on Sunday to eat what I liked.
I felt so good on the plan that I kept it up even after losing the weight.
There are times when you let loose a bit in life, Christmas , holidays etc but this teaches you how to get back on track, and with results.
I will be doing it again once Breast feeding is going more steady for me

The only down side I can think of on the diet is their promoting of sugar free products. Diet coke/cordials etc.
    That stuff is nasty.
If you can mangae your diet without these it would be better for you.

I got bodytrim from the book shop before it ever even graced the TV with its adds. It cost me $140 (I think) and In my opinion its well worth it. You dont have to go buying all the new products (protein bars/cookies) as you can find/make your own.

They have recipe books now which you can hire out from the library Well worth a try! I loved the results I got with it

I just finished the 3 day detox yesterday. I pretty much just had shaved ham/chicken/turkey for my snacks. It was hard to eat so much meat but I got through it.
Haven't really delved into the recipes as yet, just wanted to get through the detox phase first.
Maybe boil an egg for snack or some cottage cheese??
Or I think the supermarket have protein bars that have no carbs??

I used to steam chicken and eat that. Also shaved ham, boiled eggs and cottage cheese, exactly like the PP said. I eventually got to the point where I couldn't stand packaged ham, though lol!

I would cook up a chicken and use that over the 3 days, or you can have fish or beef.
I'd limit the amount of deli meats you use as they are full of added preservatives and salt. The less processed meat you eat the better.
The small tins of tuna were handy for when out and about, so were the Aitkins protein bars, but I would only eat a half a bar for a snack as it's more about just keeping your metabolism ticking rather than filling up.
