Default Shooting and ongoing hip pain

Is this another pregnancy thing? It's so painful sometimes I can't sit on the floor and play with DS I'm only 13 weeks, I did have SPD last time which I expect I'll get again. Is it related? Anything I can do about it?

Think so! I had SPD last time too and had some hip pain, but this time it's awful!! Also having pains in my bum (!) and in the usual places (groin, tailbone).. I'm 14 weeks and been in pain for the last week and a half. Got me much earlier this time!!
