Cows milk is not recommended until bub is 12 months old. A bit on cereal and stuff before then is OK, but not as a main source of food as it doesn't have enough nutrients.
At around 9mths of age you can start using it on cereal as Mrs Potts said or in other foods & to make things up like custard etc but cows milk as a drink isnt suggested until the age of 12mths.
I also suggest that when you do start introducing the cows milk in food that you do this in the morning on say a cereal that way you can monitor Abi through the day & keep an eye on whether she has an allergy.
If your wanting to make up her foods with "milk" atm you can always use her formula this is what i did & still do with the toddler formula to make up Boof's custard !
I'm pretty sure that now they recommend not giving babies cows milk until 12 months. Not as a food substitute, anyhow. It's too hard for them to digest.
I started using it on cereal and in veggies etc at 6mths. In bottles, at 10mths.
I refused to give jess cows milk till 14 months old. I gave her a bit in her cereal at 12 months but thats about it. To this day she still drinks formula though
After 12 months

It's definetly only to be given as a drink from 12 months. Can play havoc with little immature digestive systems, and even if that's not an issue, it will still not be providing bub with enough nutrients in that period of immense growth. After 12 months, things slow down a little and their nutritional needs change, enough for cow's milk to be enough anyway.
