I cook any casserole / stew that I would usually do in oven or slow cooker in the pressure cooker now if I want to save time. So if I was cooking a beef casserole I'd cook for around 30-35 minutes instead of hours in oven. A tip is add any quick cooking veg at the end though (carrots have turned out ok though).

I've also made in pressure cooker:

    - soup (pumpkin, vegetable)
    - risottos
    - Bolognese sauce
    - lamb shanks
    - roast beef
    - chili con Carne
    - stocks
    - poached pear / apple dessert
    - curries (lamb rogan josh, madras etc.)

I've got a women's weekly pressure cooker book which is good, otherwise I google a lot of recipes.

I use the same, but have found things tend to be runnier when done in pressure cooker, so I either have to thicken with flour or similar, otherwise evaporate at the end without lid on.
