Default Family holiday in South Pacific?

Looking for recommendations - we have a 3yo and a 6 month old and hubby is turning 30.
Prefer a kids club/babysitting, near surf/snorkelling and somewhere to relax that doesn't break our budget! (all inclusive package would be lovely!)

Will most likely be flying ex Brisbane..thanks for any recommendations!

I LOVED Airlie Beach! I am so going back again. There is so much you can do from the base of Airlie beach and Airlie beach is a nice quiet town that I felt comfortable walking around by myself. There is alot of different places to stay.

Loved Fiji too. Will definitely be taking the kids when they are a little older (and we have the money). They are the kindest people and just love kids.

What about Vanuatu? It has some great family resorts. Or a P&O cruise to the South Pacific? All inclusive - food, entertainment and kids clubs and very family orientated.

Thanks for the suggestions - a cruise would be nice too, I have been on P&O but hubby hasnt.
I am really keen on Fiji too! Whatever we do would like to get an all inclusive package for my peace of mind and budgeting purposes.
The hard part is I cant lock in dates yet because we are unsure of our work committments.
