    Default Climbing stairs early pregnancy?

    Hi y'all
I'm 4w3d yesterday I went to a wedding and park in a car park which was 5 stories high! Anyway I walked down pretty slow and on the way back up I was walking up faster just wanted to get to the car! Would that have affected anything? I got to the top puffed out! But after 5 mins being in the car I caught my breath again... I'm fine now but wanted to know if it would be on any affect?

I doubt it.... I still do cardio sports, like Zumba even when I'm 30+ weeks exercise is good for you !

Nope. I was still doing sets of Jacobs ladder (set of 230 steps from bottom to top of kings park in Perth) at 28wks. After that I was getting too puffed
