I had this in the states years ago and use it all the time on my coleslaw as I am not a fan of mayo dressing;
Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 cup champagne vinegar
3 tablespoons Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
