Libido refers to a persons desire to have sex.

Subscribing as I could have written that exact post OP. And I'm now too tired to read through all the responses.

There seems to be just as many people needing advice as giving it.

    Subscribing here too!!

With a 3 year old and a 4 month old, I'm at the point where I cringe if DH even touches me in bed. I WANT SLEEP. I think that is where our relationship struggles, because he would choose s*x over sleep regardless of how tired he was. He just doesn't get that I'm different, hard to be turned on when your exhausted.

Ughh men just don't get it sometimes (excuse the pun). Seriously we spend almost every waking moment feeding, changing nappies, calming, cuddling, soothing, playing with, bathing and cleaning up after babies and older kids, that the last thing we want is s3x. We are too sleep deprived after being awake all night for feeds or a crying baby or soothing a child cos they had a night mare or dealing with vomit or runny poo. The only thing that gets me excited at the moment is the prospect of a good night sleep.

I have tried explaining all this but DP just does not understand that one semi-partial half good sleep where I have to wake him to see to baby so I can sleep, does not a libido make.
