Yes we have one. It is possibly my very favourite appliance. We bought one when I was heavily pregnant with DS. Haven't had a moments regret!

Yes, I have one! We have a 1970's kitchen- when we purchased the house, the first thing we did was get a chippy and a plumber in the instal a dishwasher. I love it so much! I can now happily live with my 70's kitchen for many years to come.

Yep I have one and wouldn't want to be without one ever again My Hubby loves to cook (and use all the cookware ), so now he feels free to explore and experiment knowing he is safe from my wrath

I don't rinse mine either, just scrape them off and chuck them in, they always come out very clean and sparkly (I use Finish Quantum tablets and they do a gorgeous job, they keep the dish washer nice and clean too). I just make sure my filter is cleaned out regularly and it doesn't smell or leave food on the plates

Oh I forgot, to the renters; do a google search for either stand alone dishwashers, or bench top dishwashers (good for smaller families, easily moved and they don't need to be installed, so no damage to the kitchen).

I was seriously considering a bench top dishwasher but ended up getting the larger one which really is better for us because we do love to cook a lot and we always fill ours

We have a dishwasher and I couldn't go back...we cook a lot, and run the dishwasher at least once a day, sometimes more! And, at least for another couple of weeks, there are only the two of us! My DP has a cooked breakfast every morning, a cooked lunch to take to work, and we very very rarely eat takeaway or don't cook dinner from scratch- he is a professional athlete and a health nut!
