Hi emmylou & dancingbutterfly - welcome! Glad but sorry to see you again.

Toni - wow, so sorry to hear about your ectopic. Hopefully your dr can get it out with minimal pain to you.

ngaiz - I was very sore after my EPU, that day & the next day too. I was on the Panadeine Forte. But it may have been because I'd had surgery last year so it stirred things up. It took a few days before I felt ok again.

KandP - and you're off! Wow. Good luck darl.

AFM: More bleeding. WTF? Only a little bit, but I thought AF had finally finished & now some more. How can there be anything left? And if this continues intermittently, I'm worried I won't be able to tell the diffrence of what's more spotting/breakthrough bleeding and what is the next AF. How will I know to call the clinic?

Peonies- Arg. More bleeding! Will it ever end
Usually you will be able to tell if its breakthrough or AF by the colour... thats what my FS say. Frustrating for you! I hope it stops soon.

Toni- So sorry about the ectopic. So unfair that you have to go through this.

AFM- Ive been plugging away with the gonal F for the last 19 days and my Estrogen was 1607 today so I get to trigger tonight, and have FET on Monday (5 day blast transferred). Its bittersweet though- Monday is the 1st Anniversary of a best friend passing away last year. I don't know if that makes it good or bad luck??? What do you ladies reckon?

April when i had this freeze all IVF cycle seems so long ago- now I finally get to do a transfer!!

Sending loads of to you all!!

    Hi ladies,

Thought I would join you, as I'm waiting for appointment on 12/7 after having both tubes removed late May. Laproscopy and hysteroscopy. Surgeon said my ovaries and uterus looked excellent, but both tubes were badly damaged and had to go. Op didn't mess with AF, and I should be CD2 maybe 3 for appt. She is 99% of the time always here every 24 days as I have a shorter cycle than most, but it has always been that long so fs isn't concerned too much. Guess that puts me in limbo ATM as I'm not sure what fs will be trying as it will be my first try at ivf. You all have amazing stories and strength to endure such an emotional and physically draining roller coaster of a ride, good luck to you all, hope we are all getting what we want and deserve in these next few months

Thanks for all your best wishes it means a lot

Retrieved 12 eggs with 9 of them mature. Pleased with the result as we were aiming for less eggs but better quality (17 eggs last cycle FS said this could have been the cause of poor quality eggs), and he said that my eggs do look better this time. Unfortunately the pain after EPU was worse than last cycle. FS popped a small vessel so I bled (hardly bled last time) and the pain was so much worse. Feeling better now than I did after egg collection. FS said it's normal some women bleed a lot.

Now the stress begins as we wait for the call tomorrow to find out the fert rate.

    Hi bellavista,

Just saw your post on last months thread! I'm so very sorry to hear that. I have jumped in here too, hopeful we'll get a FET next month as well, but just had it confirmed today that I do have an ectopic going on jn there still.

They gave me two options - one was an injection of some chemical similar to chemotherapy that will clean it out, but then we can't try again for 3 months, or we just keep watching it and hope the levels continue to drop of their own accord and be prepared that it could burst in my tube at anytime! Awesome!

Anyway, I'm opting for the more natural wait and see option, do BT 's every 2 days for the next 2 weeks and rush me to emergency if I have any pain.

Good to see you here Bella, but I'm very sorry for your news. Fingers crossed again for you!
