I couldn't understand blissedout's response, I looked it up and its a different word in Swedish. Most of it is pretty easy to follow for English speakers, I reckon. I picked it up really easily when i was there and my best friend is Swedish so i remember quite a bit. Certainly can't speak it at all, but if its written or spoken I can usually get the gist

DP likes to translate Norweigan into English for me (she's a Swede) and show off how awesome she is.

She's teaching me basic Swedish. The first thing she taught me how to say was Jag älskar dig.... hahaha typical.
