    Default Stars in my eyes?

    So, I've woken up and I keep seeing stars, not the celebrity type that I dreamt about (thanks doppelgänger thread ) but little sparkles in my vision... Does anyone know what they are/mean???

    I get them when I get low blood pressure, but they can be a sign of high blood pressure as well...

    A few things I know contribute to it;

    Migrane
    High Blood Pressure
    Stress/Anxiety

    Theres probably more but I've seen stars with all of the above. They are a pain in the butt.

    ring an eye doctor as from experience it can mean a lot of things and best to have it ruled out

    It's usually caused by but not limited to blood pressure. Definitely see your GP soon.

    Thanks ladies. My BP is generally very low, and I'm 17 weeks pregs so it's even lower. They seemed to disappear after my second cup of tea, but if they come back I'll talk to the dr about it. I have also been getting lots of migraines this pregnancy, so maybe I should get my eyes tested again too. Thanks again
