    Yep! Plus quinoa has iron, folate and b vitamins in it which rice does not! ( plus double the protein )

    I love it, I really adore the texture, I put it in salads. And I also have been googling quinoa casseroles and trying out different ones. Its great.

    i saw some in woolies today and ther was 3 types. whats the difference? i thought ther ewas only 1!!! ther was red, black & some other one?white or something

    I make yummy corn and quinoa fritters they are so yum!!! Dh didn't even ask what else was in them like he normally would
