Default **spin off** What do you hate at other peoples' places when you visit?

    Obvious spin off....

I use to hate visiting my SSis's house - it was like a display home and I was too scared to breath sometimes. I hated taking the kids there as she'd follow them around with a damp cloth to wipe away any evidence of their existence.

I swear she used to vacuum you down as you walked into the house. I used to joke with MOTH that I was surprised she didn't make us dress in white overalls like CSi shows

Haha ... Oh I'd feel much more comfortable in a clean display home. I can't stand clutter - makes me a little claustrophobic.

Oh and animals inside - vomit!!!

Dog hair and untrained dogs in the house, I'm a dog person too but don't invite us over and spend every minute yelling at the dog not to jump up or steal DS toys and food or jump on a then crawling DS who ends up covered in dog hair! Put them outside while your guests are there ( and eating) ( we actually now avoid going to these people's house now because of the dogs!)

I seriously dislike when people assume that you're okay with their mangy disgusting stinky dogs slobbering all over you. IMO dogs should be put outside/laundry when there are visitors.

I also really hate when I bring something to dinner/BBQ and it's not ever put out.

Oh WCM I have a relative that is like that. It is like being in a display home...right down to where you can't eat anything, can't drink anything and are followed around constantly to make sure you're not making mess.

I hate having to take shoes off. I know people have huge hang ups about it so I generally just ask if they want us take our shoes off and on carpeted floors I understand (although never had the same rule myself) but on hard floors...really? If my shoes are dirty or wet I'll take them off.

My only annoyance is pet fur/smell. I love animals, have my pets indoors but there is nothing worse than dog or cat fur up your nose and all over your clothes when you leave. It's gross. I also wouldn't like to share the lounge with a pet either but it's not ever something that's happened to me, it was just mentioned in the other thread. My pets are allowed inside but not all over the furniture.

Animal hair. On my clothes. Wash after wash and it doesnt come out. I feel itchy just thinking about it.

    Other than that. Nothing
