    we're moving in a fortnight so im doing similar to as described above.

    i got a little blue tub of ready to use selley spakfilla. ive gone around filling in the little dents with it.
    the following day i used a little sanding block to smooth the filler and now just need to touch up with paint. luckily there is leftover paint in our garage.

    i brought the filler and sanding block from big w and also got a little paint brush.

    So just use the spakfiller on the dents first, sand it back when dried and then just paint over the bits you've filled in.
