For the scuffs baking soda and vinegar worked wonders on the rental we just left. We sugar soaped the walls twice and couldn't get the marks out, blain powder and vinegar removed it with almost no effort.

How big is the crack, and where is it? Could it just be the house settling?

I am not sure about the dents and cracks, maybe a touch up paint? The best product I have found for cleaning walls and bathrooms and well everything during a move is gumption... You can just get it at the supermarket and its awesome!

Magic marker for the marks, we use a ready made plaster...comes in a blue tub, sorry I cant remember the name to fill any sport then paint over them lucky in this house there is left over paint in the garage but in a previous house we have taken a chip of paint to bunnings and gotten it colour matched. Love renting eh.
