My DH gave up everything I couldn't have whilst I was pregnant. No alcohol, salami, prosciutto, sushi, soft serve.
Why?? No idea. I told him so many times there's no need for him to stop eating these foods and his response was " we're in this together ". I thought it was ridiculous but it's what he wanted to do.
He also put on 10kgs to my 17kgs so he was with me there too!!!!

My DH didnt quite give up stuff but he did double up on the housework cos I was tired.

He also budgeted extra spending money so I could buy nice pregnancy wear and took on extra work so I can have more time off when bub#2 is here in 4wks.

Not really. My DH carried on with life as normal throughout both pregnancies! I guess it didn't bother me looking back!

I certainly don't expect DH to give up everything I'll have to, but it would just be nice to have a gesture that shows he appreciates what I go through. And having the occasional drink or night out is fine.

DH didn't really do anything extra around the house until I was near the end of the pregnancy - it'll have to be different next time now that we've got DD.

No. My DH and I are basically the same person, except he has a penis and I don't so there was nothing for him to give up because I didn't have to give up anything.

He was extremely helpful though and that's all I wanted.
