So it seems im having a recation to milk. Recently i have been experiencing some digestive problems (nausea, diarrehea, wind, bloating etc) and i decided i would see if milk was the problem. It turns out it is. If i have it in my coffee 2 days in a row i get these symptoms again.
The thing is im fine with yogurt, cream(cooked), butter and cheese.
So my question is, what is it in the milk that couild be doing this? Also, i tried soy milk and its GROSS, anything else i can try to have im my morning coffee?Any ideas/advice would be great.
Oh and im ok if the milk is boiled, like in a bechemel sauce etc.
