just a quick ques re applying for rentals

I have always been offered properties the next day after submitting an application, so can't believe they took 10 days to tell you no. Sounds as though when you put yours in, they just waited to see if anyone else would put an application in before doing anything about it. What will you do now? Did they give you any indication of why you weren't chosen? Sure, they may not have to tell you legally, but it would help you to know. So would only be good manners to tell you IMO.

yeah I understand... we will just keep applying for other properties... we have two months left where are but only a month until we have to give notice... we submitting another application tomorrow through a different agent... so I guess we will just wait and see... keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!

hi all, we have applied for another house over the weekend and today my friend called to say that the agent had contacted them regarding a reference for our application,.... so please keep your fingers crossed!!!
