    Default Bubs on 1 sleep/day

Once your bub went down to 1 day sleep, what time did it start/finish?

I'd imagine the responses for this will be vastly different!

About 12 months for both of mine.

Both slept for 2 hours on average.

I have 15.5 mth old twins....

DS - dropped to one day sleep around 14 mths
DD - is still having 2 naps but I think is in the process of dropping the afternoon nap.

They go down for a nap around 1030ish, but I'm trying to push it back later in the day. Just a slow process here...

DD was about 18 months when I decided it was time to go to one sleep. She was still having THREE sleeps of and hour each. I decided it was too hard for her to still have 3 sleeps so i changed it to 12noon and she slept for about 2-3 hours. Shes now 3.5 years and still has a day sleep at noon til about 2pm!!!

DS is now 18 months and will still have a morning sleep (aroud 9am) once or twice a week. Then a big sleep at noon til about 2pm!!

They're both in bed at 7.30pm and wake between 6.30 and 7am most mornings.

DS dropped to 1 at about 10-11 months. He wakes between 5-6am. Nap 10:30/11-12:30/1:30. He normally will do 2 hours sometimes 2.5hrs. He's normally back in bed 6-6:15pm.

K thanks guys, all fairly similar actually.

I reckon DS will eventually do a 11-1 sleep. He did this the other day but he still sometimes has a morning AND an afternoon nap.
