I am doing a PhD in Sexology at Curtin University. My PhD study focuses on the sexual functioning of women who have given birth 0-12 months ago and it aims to evaluate the effect of number of childbirths, depression, relationship satisfaction and other factors on women’s sexual functioning.
This is an online, anonymous study. You will not be asked to provide your name or any other identifying information.
In order to be eligible to enter this study, participants need to:
a) be between 16 and 40 years old;
b) have given birth 0-12 months ago;
c) not be pregnant.
After receiving responses from women living in different states in Australia, I have decided to include women from all over Australia in this online anonymous study. If you are interested, please visit the study website and ignore the inclusion criterion that says ‘you must currently live in Western Australia to be eligible to participate in this survey’.
The study website is:
www.sexualfunction.curtin.edu.au
If any of your friends, family members, or relatives, have also given birth during the last 12 months, please let them know about the study.
