    Default excess tummy skin after baby

    I'm 10months post pregnancy and have lost the baby weight . but my tummy skin is still flabby . looks terrible when on all fours etc. i have been doing yoga and pilaties for 8 mths so my tummy muscles are ok. my diet is good . i use oil on the skin every night . what else can i do? What worked for you?

    Loose skin can not be fixed without surgery, unfortunately.

    Mine took a whole year to start looking "normal" looked ferel before, mind you I did nothing cus I'm lazy lol.

    It's okay now but I'm not sure what it looks like on all four and I don't think I am game to look.

    Maybe yoga or something? I dunno. If there is heaps maybe only surgery like mothersmilk suggested.
