Please see a different dr, you need to be firm! Legally if you request for a referal they can not dismiss you.
Put your foot down and make it clear to them what YOU want them to do.
My dd has a long list of allergies.. Not as many as yours though
We went to countless drs with her problems and it wasn't until one day that she went into anaphylaxis shock from egg that the Drs then had a rocket under there asses and did something about it.
A few of her allergies that have been diagnosed so far are
> egg
> milk (milk protein allergy)
> gluten (coeliac)
> shellfish
> peanuts
> soy
> some preservatives
She also gets shocking eczema which is definitely food and touch related.
We have also had problems with bath soaps ect and the only one that doesn't leave her swollen and rashes up is Alpha Keri intensive wash.. But all other Alpa Kerri ranges still leave her with a reaction??
Right now she is booked in to the royal children hospital in Brisbane for an extensive allergy test.
There also going to be doing gene testing to see why she has this many allergies, and if there is something more going on.
My dd had always eaten egg but one day her body just decided it would go into a anaphylaxis shock from it.
If the drs listened in the first place and did allergy testing like I had asked then maybe all this would have been sorted out sooner.
When she had that reaction it was absolutely terrifying.
See a different dr and be firm!
Do NOT leave until you get a referal to a peadi, allergy specialist ect.
Also start taking photos of your daughters reactions!
I have a folder full of photos of rashes, swelling, and bowel movements after she has eaten something that I know she has had a reaction to.
It has helped me in the long run when I have been up at the children's hospital and they can see exactly what's happens and they never get the impression I'm "over reacting"
Her specialist was quite convened over some of our pictures and others he wasn't so concerned over.
So it has helped us!
Keep a food diary!!
And a skin diary (as in what she has touched or bathed in that has caused an epidermis reaction)
Good luck!
Don't give up!
