I found it wasn't accurate for me, most of the time I would have post ovulation temps and randomly it would drop but only for a day or 2. Dh and i weren't using any form of protection but my cycle didn't return until 28days after I stopped breast feeding.

But there are more reasons why you can have trouble falling pregnant whilst breast feeding including things like the hormones produced make it difficult for the egg to attach and implant properly.

There are some things u can try including not breast feeding for 24 hours to set ur cycle going. Spreading out ur feeding to 6hours between feeds. All this of course affects u and bub and ur feeding.

Good luck though I hope ur next bub comes along quicker and easier

Thanks lovely! I am feeding every 3ish hours during the day and she sleeps through the night. I might change the pattern a bit and use ebm I have stored to kick start my cycle.

My temps are doing what you said as well so I won't really rely on them.
