I've lived in a small town not for long but long enough to know that everyone knows everyone, I probably wouldn't report them

I do agree that it's not on to do that. I'd daresay it's illegal to carry an unprotected baby in one arm while riding a bike. Perhaps let it be known to the police if you see this man regularly. They may be able to keep an eye out.

I would discretely snap a pic on my phone if possible. If you know this persons name, then by all means give the police all the info you have so they can approach him. If he is a parent of a child at the school it might pay to bring it to the principals attention. If you are in Qld the non-urgent police number is 131444. Sorry that you bore the brunt of someone who took being opinionated a step too far. OP, would you mind PMing me the details of the Haiti run?

His not big and burly - though bigger than me

What scares me off reporting is his known life style and the people he is involved with and the not wanting to put my kids in danger just to get his out of danger you know.

So his probably known to police.

But a bubhubber has posted a number so im going to give that a ring and go from there i guess

I guess its all relative. If people want to risk the lives of their children so be it. It's their choice. Live and let live, why let it bother you so much?

I'm pretty sure that riding a bicycle with a baby in your arms is illegal. Remember that sh!tstorm recently with that mother snapped riding a bicycle with a baby in a sling on her back?
OP, call the non-emergency police line that SpecialPatrolGroup gave you, do it anonymously if you feel it necessary.

Ummmm, because a childs life isn't a parent possession to be reckless with. A child is a person in their own right and if the parent is making choices that put that child in harms way, someone has to advocate for that child...and in this instance, it is Bubbygirl.

By your reasoning, should we just shut up shop on DoCS, because they are someone else's kids, so who cares?
