Even though I am about to start my first ICSI cycle and should be feeling positive, I am having a hard time emotionally this week, dealing with doubts that DH and I will ever get the family we want.

Can anyone feel whether we will be successful this first time around? If not, how long will it take before we have a baby? And finally, how many kids will we end up having?
