    No, the opposite for us.

    I don't get any money from DD's dad, and he has her every second weekend and sees her sometimes during the week if he's not working.

    the difficulty with no collecting is it can effect your ftb payments. If you choose to have a private agreement of them paying nothing, centrelink will still base your ftb etc on what they were assessed at. it kind of a **** situation i reckon, cause even if you morally don't agree with collecting cs from a non-contact parent, your don't really have a choice. so collect without guilt I say, you have no other option really.

    Yes I do I get $800 a month he hasn't seen him in almost a year and neve wants to again but I told him if he signed the birth certificate there was no going back he insisted so yep.

    yes i do. my son is 10 and his father saw him 6 times before he was one and has never bothered again.
