Default *spin off* Do you collect child support from someone who never sees your child?

As it states, do you collect child support despite there being no contact?

If you can call $12 a fortnight support. Most of the time it doesn't get paid anyway

Yes. According to csa he has him 2 nights per week but he never has him. I get $19.99 per week when he bothers to pay.

Yes - there was regular contact until about a year ago. DD is almost 5. She received an invitation in the mail for his engagement party next weekend ... does that count as contact??? Lol

DD1's bio dad has never met her. He is assessed to pay the minimum, about $33 a month.

I've received about two full years worth of CS in eight years.

I would love to receive nothing and have him forgo any parental rights.

My ex DH hasn't seen Leon in 3 years since he walked out on us for another woman who he is now married to and had 2 more kids with her. I get about $31 a month and for the last 3 months it has always been late as he apparently never gets the payment letters so I'm arranging for it to come out of his pay as im sick of chasing him for the money.
