Default Any ideas on how to ease BH pain?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can ease this uncomfortable pain? I've had almost constant period type cramps and lower back pain all day. The cramps have slowly been getting more painful as the day goes on and my tummy is pretty hard constantly now too. I've had a hot shower which didn't do anything and taken some panadol but it's not really doing much either. And walking just makes it more uncomfortable. Anything else I can try? Please?

How far along are you? BH shouldn't be painful just uncomfortable, maybe give you health care provider a call.

37 + 2. I'm on my own with the kids till Thursday lunch time so i don't really want to think of it as anything else. Pain isn't unbearable, just rather uncomfortable and getting slowly worse and it's not coming in waves or anything just constant.

BH are supposed to ease if you lay on your left side, have a shower or go for a short walk...

I laid down for a while and they eased off a fair bit while I was laying down and bub was moving a fair bit then too so I think it's only Braxton hicks. They are come back whenever I'm up and moving about but can still feel bub moving so not too concerned anymore. At this stage I'm just hoping nothing comes of them for another few days.
