Default Owners of Phil N Teds: HELP PLS!!!!

    Hi ladies,
An awful thing happened this afternoon when I went to pick up my toddler from kindy!
I have a Phil n teds sports with the double kit attached to the underside. My 2 year old weighs 15 kg. I have his 7 kg sister in the toddler seat in the double attachment underneath as she weighs less than my DS.
Anyway, my DS got in the front of the pram (with my help) and the seat collapsed and fell on my DD who is only 4 months.
The seat is held upright (rather than in reclining position) by 2 clips and these clips failed with my DS's weight in the seat.
It was horrible as my DD was hurt and I trusted this pram completely!

Is there something im doing wrong? Is there something else that should be done up to prevent it happening, or is it possible the clips just failed?

If so, how do I get the clips replaced? Very scary that the seat is only held in place by two plastic clips!

Thank you in advance for your help x

I've never had that happen to me and I've got the same sports pram. But I do know that P&T staff are really helpful so call/email them. It could just be a defective part that is replacable under warranty.

Hope it works out for you soon.

    Thank you.
I will try to contact them. It just seems such a dangerous thing to have happen all because of one faulty clip.
