I was the same after my latest baby was born. Within an hour of having even half a glass of wine I would start getting a hideous headache. It was terrible. I found drinking Moët didnt have the same effect... Tho as I didn't win lotto, I can't afford that with any kind of regularity

I have now found that if I drink 2 glasses of water for every half glass of wine and then at least 2 more afterward, I am not as bad. And as I am breastfeeding, Half a glass is my limit at the moment.

I too wonder whether its related to some of the preservatives...

Well alcohol is a toxin so i think it's just your body telling you what it doesn't like. Maybe find other ways of relaxing ....

I had that. I just kept drinking now I'm fine.
That probably isn't good advice in any way shape or form.
That said I always drink the oyster bay sav blanc that above person suggested.

Caz, I think your body is trying to tell you something.

Are you feeling run down at all?

I would avoid alcohol and caffiene (I know you're already doing that) and just focus on looking after myself as well it's possible to do so with 2 young children.

    Things should come good soon

I haven't been able to tolerate caffeine at all recently, and last night DF and I were having a few drinks and it just wasn't going down well at all for me. We were having Bacardi breezers which isn't what we usually have and I think it was the preservative that was affecting me, usually we just mix our own drinks.
