    Default How many gong mums do we have?

    Just wondering how many Illawarra mums are on BH? I'm in serious need of making friends lol so would love to get to know some of you

    hiya
    iam from wollongong
    but orginally from sydney
    and have a 5 and a half year old girl
    and a 8 month boy

    there are a few of us illwarra mums around but most of us are also on facebook
    there is also a few wollongong mum groups on there too
    that meet up every now and then

    if u like u can add me and i can add u to them

    Hi Karen! I never thought I was going to get a reply lol. I'm a member of one gong mums group on fb but the meetups that keep getting planned never go anywhere. I guess it's a fall back of trying to coordinate a time and place good for so many people.

    Hey im a gong mum.....:-D I have tried looking for groups on facebook and i cant find them :-/ I would LOVE to meet people I am need of new friends, i really dont have many around here...so would be AWESOME!

    Ahhh the curse of the meet up! I can only think of one meet up that had a good turn up and that was easily two years ago

    lol i just joined bh on facebook...yeah i want new friends, but my 4yr old is i think a little alienated......he doesnt really have anyone to play with and can be shy, he has two "step" siblings, but we are having problems, so its hard for him.

    yeah its hard on fb
    some meets go through and some dont
    there is quiet a few wollongong groups on there
    such as
    shellharbour mums group
    wollongong mums walking group
    and a parents group for over 30's
    let me know if u need a hand to find them

    iam under karen young on fb

    yep iam from sydney orginally too been here since 2005 met a few nice mums but others not so nice aswell
    but with life so busy its hard to keep in touch with them all, and is nice to meet new people)

    I'm from Wollongong, live in mt ousley. Am also in desperate need of new friends...am secretly terrified of starting maternity leave and losing all my work colleague friends!

    Am due late July.
