Default Attention all mums of 3 or more

Hi ladies so we're TTC #3 (#1 for dp) and I keep hearing horror stories about how #3 is like having #1 all over again, how it changes everything, women jealous of other women who stopped at 2 etc iykwim. I know having a baby is always going to be a change but how did having #3 affect you?

None of my Friends have said that at all!
For me, and most of my friends/family with 3, #3 was easier than the first 2! They just kind of slot into the family.

Number 3 was hard for me. But I have never found adding to the family easy. I don't regret having a 3rd though because I love the chaos!!

I'm now pregnant with number 4 as well. What is hard for someone else, may not be hard to you.

No didn't really change much at all. he fit right in with the family and i fell brought us more together. made us more complete.
the pain after birth was definitely worse though...
now am late for my period. im worried this might mean number 4.
if so this baby will definitely change things... like the car situation!

For me, going from 1 to 2 was harder than 2 to 3. I think by the third bub I was a lot more confident in my parenting abilities and at my ability to multi task. We were planning on stopping after ds but now we are leaving the option open for another later.
We didn't get a bigger car, although it is quite squishy with three seats in the back, it is doable and safe,

adding #3 for me was much harder than adding #2 was. mostly because #2 was a pretty easy baby. slept through from two weeks old etc. #3 never slept more than twenty mins straight at best and only if being held upright until he was.like two argh! add to that #2 whilst he was such an awesome baby turned out to have special needs and was an absolutely horrid toddler and isn't much better even now at 8 yo. so it was kinda stacking up against me.
don't regret it at all though. as u can see i went on for #4

#3 for us was easier then #2cause by #3 your use to jugging everything she just fitted in to what we were doing and just went with the flow #4 & #5 were pretty much the same besides ds4 screaming if he was put down thanks to reflux we didnt have to change anything we upgraded to a 4wd when i was pregnant with #2 so the rest have all fit in
