Last night I had a dream about my 13yr old sister

Bit of info about her first
My sister lost her mum when she was 6 months old and she dosent get along with our step mum so she lives with her nan and aunty swaps and changes as she dosent like with things dont go her way my dad lives near both of us in nsw but works in WA and just cause she dosent like our step mum she has nothing to do with my dad she hangs out 17yr old guys walks the streets dresses like a s**t which I've brought the subject up with her nan and aunty (both strong minded ppl) and they think just cause other teens dress like it it's ok for my sister to she got caught smoking at age 10 she's wild and me just being her sister feel like the other adults in her life don't care i dont have a lot to do with her cause she dosent want to come visit its not cool she makes me worry and so cranky anyways back to my dream

In my dream my family myself dh an my 3 kids were all asleep about 1 am I heard a knock at the door and as my house is huge I dreamt I woke my dh up and we opened the door and my sister was there with about 10 other kids and they had all been drinking and as I was trying to get hold of my sisters nan I overheard them talking to each other asking each other if they wanted an e pill then after that I woke up worry where an who my sister was with

Can anyone tell what this could mean
