Default Can someone please explain sperm grading to me??

I had my first ever Donor IUI today. They gave me the results of the sperm that they were using and this is what they read:

    Semen Parameters Before Preparation:
    Volume: 0.5 mls
    Motility: 70%
    Count: 99 million/ml
    Morphology: 23%
    Grade: 1-2

    Semen Parameters After Preparation:
    Volume: 0.5 mls
    Motility: 85%
    Count: 23 million/ml
Total Motile Insem Count: 9.3 million
    Grade: 1

What I mostly want to know is if these are good results and what the grade & volume means??? Also what is Total Motile Insem count?
I sure hope that my donor was good! Compared to my Dp the motility is AWESOME and so is the count!

Hope someone can help me out...sorry if I sound a little daft...thanks girls xoxo
