    Default Glucose Test

My OB is asking me to do a second GTT test now, I'm currently 35 weeks. I've already completed the 3 hour GTT at 28 weeks and everything was fine. Anyone else had this happen?

They sometimes do this if the baby is measuring large for dates - is the baby's size a concern?

Not sure about the baby's siZe, my doc said he was fine for the amount of weeks he was. But I do have a biophysical ultrasound next week.

Hmm, I'd be asking my ob why I need to do it again then. GD does get worse/can come on later in pregnancy as hormones increase, but usually you only get asked to re-do the test if baby is measuring large, there is glucose in your urine or you have a history of GD.
