My 3 and a half year old daughter has been "hungry" all the time lately! she used to be a very small eater. but her appetite has grown hugely over the last week!
two wheat bix or a cup of oats for breakfast plus one to two toast on the odd occasion.
fruit all day bananas, apples, grapes etc
water all day.
for lunch she asked me for eggs and toast
and dinner will be various but last night we had home made burgers with chips.
she will occasionally snack on a biscuit but i only let her sometimes cause she could live off them i reckon!
i feel like all she does is eat or constantly tells me " im wungry mumma!"
This is not really a complaint im really happy she is eating more! but she is a little fussy. so its not that easy to give her variety.
please can anyone suggest yummy kid friendly food to fill her up more and that she will love!
she has no allergies.
