Default what do you feed your 3-4yo?

My 3 and a half year old daughter has been "hungry" all the time lately! she used to be a very small eater. but her appetite has grown hugely over the last week!
    she likes
two wheat bix or a cup of oats for breakfast plus one to two toast on the odd occasion.
fruit all day bananas, apples, grapes etc
    water all day.
for lunch she asked me for eggs and toast
and dinner will be various but last night we had home made burgers with chips.
she will occasionally snack on a biscuit but i only let her sometimes cause she could live off them i reckon!
i feel like all she does is eat or constantly tells me " im wungry mumma!"
This is not really a complaint im really happy she is eating more! but she is a little fussy. so its not that easy to give her variety.
please can anyone suggest yummy kid friendly food to fill her up more and that she will love!
    she has no allergies.
    thanks in advance!
    Appreciate your help x

My dd is 3 and a bit and has days like this. foods she loves includes homemade banana muffins (i make them with wholemeal flour, chia and LSA to make them more healthy i also use oil instead of butter and honey instead of sugar), homemade bikkies (again with honey instead of sugar), capsisum, olives, cheese, sushi sandwiches (google them they are yummy), Savoury muffins, pancakes (with wholemeal flour and grated apple, and cinnamon), fruit salad, fritters, tuna sandwiches, toasted sandwiches with different fillings, home made museli bars, raising bread.

sorry thats all i can think of at the moment

Mini quiches, home made sausage rolls, pizza scrolls, muffins, yogurt, cheese, popcorn. (well...thats what i make for the family to eat) but my ds#1 eats most of that, ds#2 who will be three next month has super sensative food aversions so will only eat white or beige stuff. Stuff like home made chicken breast nuggets, vanilla cupcakes, cheese x 50 yogurt, and apple, popcorn etc.

sorry ladies i didn't check back.

I don't really have a recipe i sorta made it up the only thing i measure is 1 a half cups of wholemeal flour then i pour the rest in to make the right consistency. but if u know the consistency that a muffin mix is u should be right.

I mash 4 bananas in the mix master, then add some oil, the flour, a big squeeze of honey, cinnamon, 2 eggs a splash of milk and some chia seeds. then i start it mixing and add some extra oil and milk if it seems a bit dry. U can't go wrong really no matter what u do mine always turn out a bit different but the kids always enjoy them
