    Default AMH levels...

Just had my AMH checked and it came back at 19.8, is that ok for a 36yr old? I really want more kids (just had first) and my mother had a reallly early menopause (full hysterectomy at about 34 because of it) so I'm worried.

    Sounds pretty good to me!

I had my AMH tested at 28yrs old and it came back at 13.5, which was considered borderline low.

It's just a normal blood test. You have to pay about $60 for it though. hth!

It's sometimes called an 'egg timer test'. It measures your ovarian reserves.

That is a great number. Mine was only 5.something (can't remember) and due to using donor sperm we were advised to go straight to IVF. I was 35 when the test was done. We were lucky to get pregnant first try and now have a beautiful 7 week old baby girl.

Yeah they're great numbers. I'm 31 with a score of 9.9 and my fertility specialist is concerned it's low and shows the supply of a 39 year old but my eggs aren't that old, so we're gonna give nature a go first with ttc #2
