Not going to get a BT, I have a terrible phobia of needles. Will wait to test :-)
I'm really not confident this has worked this time but oh well

KKP- lucky you didn't go through IUI... Each month I had between 6-8 BTs and had to inject myself 13-14 times!
Tomorrow will be BT#10 for this cycle.
Lucky I'm good with needles (I used to be a body piercer ) and am also used to BTs as I am vegan so I get my vitamin BT check each year just to be safe

... My dad said to me the other day "you've had more pricks to get you pregnant than the average woman" ... Haha.

Yeah I am lucky! I can't believe how many blood tests you have had to have.
DP is adamant about me having the diabetes blood test, the one with 3 or so in one day? We are planning to get me on the gas and drugged high so they can do it lol
Haha to your dad! That's so awesome!

I'v had quite a bit of time off work during this process and still need to take mornings off for BTs... It's not convenient AT ALL but worth it in the end. I'm really lucky to have such an understanding boss, she is covering me for a few hours untill I can get there because I work on my own and there HAS to be someone there... Anyway I'm rambling...

I hope it all works out for you FX!!!!!!!

Teagan- when did you O and when was your insem/s? (I want to guess your date :P )
I got my 3rd set of blood results today and my HCG was fricking 131000!!Wow thats high! My O date was 18th October and insemination was 20th-we moved my scan to this friday instead of next due to the crazy HCG level, thinking ill def be far enough along to see and hear something amazing..(fingers crossed)...Give me your guess...ill let you know!

On friday I was 7 weeks +4 days!! So tomorrow Im officially 8 weeks! YAY,we got to see the heartbeat and just cant believe how lucky we are to have a healthy little bubba so far...it made it all so real-now we have told all of the family and im starting to have a freak out that something bad is gonna happen now that iv seen he/she and fallen in love!!
When is your scan Almai?? I was so traumatised beforehand because i was feeling really nauseous and couldnt get all of the water down without retching all over the place-was quite a performance, haha!! The radiographer was also a mole, and made me wait 20 minutes later than my appointment. It was excruciating, I was in such a state that I was crying in the waiting room...hmmm not my finest moment.
    How are you feeling??

Hi Y'all, can I join in? My partner and I have been actively trying for bub number one since April 2012. We're a same sex couple using unknown donor sperm from USA, through IVF. We're in ACT, and going through Canberra Fertility Centre as they're the only clinic in Canberra that'll work with unknown donor sperm. Thus far DP has had one stimulated cycle, 1 fresh transfer of a blast, 5 frozen blasts, 2 FET's, all BFN We have 2 frosties left, but have just changed FS and plan to stim again in Feb/Mar 2013 after a break. No known fertility issues for DP, however previous FS suspected and attempted to treat for NK Cells, (but he was a cnut so we left him!). I've been on a support group for last few months on facey, but left group today after feeling unwanted as Im a "partner", rather than the one ttc. Feeling a bit lonely and sorry for myself tbh
