I had a giggle last night when I was watching the news and they said that one newsagency here in perth 'had to hire security to deal with the crowd to buy tickets' Really? .....really?
I don't gamble, but I was standing behind somebody at the newsagent on Sunday, who spent over $100 on various lotto draws for the next week.
I had no idea people spent that much on a regular basis on lotto. They are the worst odds in town.
EEEK! More money then sense.
Oh well, got to be in it to win I guess. But if you've got $2000 to freely buy Lotto with, I doubt you'd *really* need copious amounts of money...or would you..who knows.
Pretty sure I know the person, unless there's more than one, but they can def afford it.
I read some article in the paper that the very large draws also bring out more professional gamblers who buy more tickets.
