i love this thread - getting me all inspired and very handy since I'm on doctors orders to take it easy!

Clementine Grace - did you use a pattern for the dress with the circles and the purple ribbon at the bottom? I've been wanting to make a dress that style for DD for a while now but know I'll need a pattern.

Thanks brummiemummy, they are pretty easy to make.

Yup Stretched i did use a pattern, i'll grab the number for you. Its super easy except for the neck. It's also really easy to start with your fabric and jazz it up with buttons and ribbon.

You guys are all sooo creative!!! I am very very impressed =) I wish I was more hands on with sewing etc. I have a sewing machine but no idea how to use it. I always loved the thought of sewing and knitting I am just challenged in that department.

    Great work all!!!

I suppose I will throw up some things I do and join the mix. =)

The last painting was still WIP and my terrible attempt at painting in Acrylics. As you can see its not my forte.

    Oo! I love showing off!

DE your things are so cute!

Those dresses are beautiful (I forgot to note the username), and I'm so jealous of all you arty types who can paint and draw! Must be so awesome to be able to do that.

Here's a few of my favourite bits and pieces

Haha aren't they just? Two paper clips for the feet and any bird template will work. I've made quite a few as little gifts and people seem to love them and sooo easy!
