    Once i discovered cornflour, i have never used a cream since and will never use a cream if i didnt have to. Cornflour worked the best for us and cleared rashes up really quite quickly

    Never used powders here. Only use creams when there's a sign of redness. The thought of applying creams at every change would overwhelm me, it's hard enough to get bubs to stay still for long enough for a nappy change without making it harder! I went for maybe 4 months without needing creams for my dd at all. I use them more often (but max. once/day) since she's started solids as she's getting more redness issues.
