    Have an excercise book (or something) and if you and builder decide to change anything ie- I want this PowerPoint in a different spot to where we originally said etc - even though he will say sure, no problems, write it down and get him to initial.

    Or get it put into the contract. My sales consultant must hate me coz practically every day I contacted him about SOMETHING and got him to cost a massive list of things so we can have it put into the contract so it's a set price and no one can say no.

    We are are in our 3rd house now and looking at re building around this time next year, I would do SOOOO much differnt do all my ideas and not listen to know it all people we know lol as i listened last time
