    Default Cervix where are you?

Ok, so I have an app that asks you to check your cervix, as in height and moistness, how do I check this??
    Thanks

Put two (clean) fingers inside your vagina and reach as far back as you can. (Squatting makes it easy) Your cervix will feel firm and rubbery. There is also a depression in the center, this is the opening to the uterus, you should be able to feel this as well.

It can take a few cycles of checking your cervix before you will be able to use it to figure out what your cycles are doing.
