While I'd love to pretend I'm tough and say I would have hit her, I would have been so completely floored and shocked I have no idea what I would have done (not saying anyone here is faking their toughness!). I avoid confrontation, hate hate hate it.

I just feel sick to me stomach thinking about this. Your little boy must have been so confused and embarrassed. So I would have spent a while (the day) making him feel good and trying to make him understand that he was not a naughty boy at all.

I think you handled it really well by the way. Please give your boy a giant cuddle and ice cream from me!

    eeek Bogan mum from hell.

are you sure the little boy was crying because the little girl pushed him? Maybe he was crying because he knew he had to go home with that woman.

What a b1tch, I can't believe someone thinks it's ok to lay a finger on someone else's child, especially when they haven't done anything wrong!! Hugs to you and your son OP.

Seriously though.. to all those who say they would answer with violence. I just imagine how scared my DS would be, seeing him mum in a punch up in the local Maccas with some other mother.... blood everywhere... cops called etc....

    No thanks...

OP you did the right thing.

I really dont know. I felt rage reading that. But I think id be too stunned to respond effectively.

And probably just as well, just reading it I want to slap the *****. But I know.i couldnt and rationally I wouldnt. But I would want to. I want to and its not even my baby!

I think seeing if you can press charges is an idea. I hate to think what shes like with her own child

Yeah this was what I pictured. That's why I said I would hope that I would just call the police. But I really don't know what I would do. I'd probably just cry lol
