OMG!! That is sooo exciting! yay!!

Mrs Simmo, try not to stress, it is so hard but the pains and funny feelings are usually ok. there is a lot of stretching going on! Our doc said as long as there is no blood things should be ok. Its hard always waiting!

Amy - love it, you will have tell us how your responses go!

    Morning Ladies

We went over to our friends house last night and we told them our special news - very exciting! We got given a bag of [really nice] maternity clothes, 2 books for me (incl Baby Love which I wanted) and a book for DH and also a box of brand new Bubba Blue muslin wraps and a box of unopened breast pads!! They also said that they have a stack of stuff we can have including Baby Bjorn Carriers, Bassinettes, etc etc!

Oh and btw - 13 weeks today : ) We have our OB appt this afternoon to discuss a bunch of stuff including NT results

    xx

hang in there, the cramping and pain in your tummy is normal, the ligaments are moving and stretching... I had it and as long as there is no blood it is fine, they say if the pain is causing you to double over in pain then speak to your OB or midwife. Have you got an OB yet? We saw ours at 8 weeks and 10 weeks and had scans in his office both times. But bottom line is it all sounds pretty normal to me! So relax and enjoy being pregnant!

    XX
Thanks for your kind words Amy and reassuring me all is ok. I have no OB just a GP I'm having my 12 wk scan by a OB then the GP will refer me to public hospital to be treated via them. I thought the pains were normal but just need to be sure iv wanted this for ever x and what a lovely way to announce your news on FB and happy birthday to hubby
