    Hey SL, not too sure how bad it is for you. I know i've been really naughty and just eating everything I like...my list to date includes: raw salmon sushi, pavlova, ham cheese and tomato sandwiches, seafood etc etc.

    Not sure if i feel bad about it but i kinda like my food lol. and i figured i haven't got food poisoning yet so

    Ladies any tips on headaches that don't involve medication? I've been resting, taking normal panadol and drinking water...maybe I just need to pump in heaps more water...not sure if it's this virus or pregnancy giving me this headache but it's a shocker and I just can't shake it!!
