    yeah he will get better bit must be hard leaving him upset! I loved when the parents told me what makes them happy ( food, cuddles etc) and I was always happy to get someoe to come get them if they wanted. open communication is the best as we both want your little one to settle in

    Great advice ladies, I'm a little less apprehensive leaving him next Thursday. He will have his older sister in there with him though so I'm sure he'll be fine.
